Your rights

If an item you purchased fails to work as it is advertised, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under Australia law. The solution we provide will depend on the severity of the issue.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Laws.

Return Steps:

Please take following steps to return an item:

  • Send us an email to “contact@ozpetsupply.com.au” with following details:
    • Description of problem
    • Photo/Video of the fault
    • Proof of Purchase
    • Order Number
    • You must include all details mentioned above for your return to be processed.
    • Once your request is approved Ozpetsupply will share next steps with you.
    • Please not that you will be liable for extra shipping, warehousing and admin fees if you send us product without approval or not following the steps mentioned above.

Once your request has been approved, we will advise you of the next steps. If you send you item(s) back to us without following the steps above, you may be liable for extra shipping, handling, warehousing and admin fees.

Refund Policy:

You are not entitled to a refund based on any of the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be given for faults and damages during assembly or use of the product
  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong item
  • You did not like the purchase 
  • You found the item cheaper somewhere else after ordering
  • You used the incorrect payment method
  • You used the incorrect discount code
  • No toy is indestructible. If used, we cannot accept a return.
  • Any similar reason to above

 Return Process:

 After approval from Ozpetsupply, you can return an item if there is a problem with it. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

Money Back Guarantee:

Ozpetsupply offers an online service, please ensure you check the item description, color, size etc. before ordering with Ozpetsupply.

Ozpetsupply only provides money back guarantee to selected products. Please look at product page to check if it is covered under money back guarantee or not.

You are not entitled to a money back guarantee if it violates any policies we have highlighted on this website.

 Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process any valid refunds. It can take more than 10 days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Undelivered Orders:

If an order is returned for any reason such as non-collection, wrong address or refusal, there is a $15 Auspost Return Fee.
