How long does it take to ship my order?
he orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48hrs from once the payment has been cleared excluding the weekends and other public holidays. Victoria (Melbourne Metro): 1 – 3 days. New South Wales (Sydney Metro): 3 – 4 days. Queensland (Brisbane Metro): 3 – 4 days. South Australia (Adelaide Metro): 3 – 4 days. Western Australia (Perth Metro): 5 – 6 days. Tasmania: 3 – 4 days. Northern Territory: 5 – 7 days. For Products which are not available in Australia it will take around 21 days to deliver the product. We send you order number as soon as we get it from shipping partner.
Are all products available under warranty?
Generally, a majority of our products are under a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer. However, certain products have differing warranty or no warranty at all. You are requested to go through the product description to determine warranty details. The product will become ineligible for warranty if misused by the customer.
